Spa Beauty and Wellness Pty Ltd provides our services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of the policies incorporated by reference (“Policies”).

These terms and conditions together with the Policies constitute the entire agreement between Spa Beauty and Wellness Pty Ltd and the user.

All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (where applicable). Delivery times and costs will be calculated and shown to you during the checkout process, before paying for your order.

The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Spa Beauty and Wellness Pty Ltd.

Spa Beauty and Wellness Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at its discretion.

The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. When ordering from, you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to investigate and ensure that you can lawfully purchase the goods you order

Shipping & Delivery

LI’TYA ships products globally.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

LI’TYA offers free registered post shipping on all Australian website orders of $200.00 or more.

Returns & Replacements

We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at or 03 9587 7088 and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. LI’TYA does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

It is always important to use products as directed, should in an extreme case your skin become irritated or show signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product and immediately contact us to speak with one of our skin therapists. Product returns from a reaction should not be more than 20% used. Items purchased in a Day spa / salon, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
