Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Returns & Replacements
We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 9587 7088 and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. LI’TYA does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
It is always important to use products as directed, should in an extreme case your skin become irritated or show signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product and immediately contact us to speak with one of our skin therapists. Product returns from a reaction should not be more than 20% used. Items purchased in a Day spa / salon, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
